Star Session Add On $800
Star photos can be complicated - there are many factors that come into play including time of year, weather, and moon phase, to name a few. They also require a lot of patience. If you are interested in adding a star photo to your package, it's best to schedule a phone consult in advance.

FAQs
Do I need more coverage?
The base price for elopements covers the ceremony and a portrait session. Some couples prefer to have a bit more of their day documented. You may want to add an extra hour to cover getting ready. Maybe you want a portrait session before the ceremony in a different outfit, bridal portraits before hand, or a star photo later in the evening. We are happy to schedule a phone consult to answer any questions you may have and create a custom elopement package that suits your exact needs for your special day.
Can we see what a finished session looks like?
Absolutely! You can always view the blog here to see my latest work. If you would like to see a sample of a full elopement, just let me know!
Do you shoot large weddings?
Junie and I retired from shooting large events in 2019. We are only booking elopements and very small weddings with 10 guests or less (2 hours max). If you are having a large event, we are happy to refer you to a local photographer.
How many images will we receive?
I believe in quality over quantity, so I never guarantee a certain amount of images. It all depends on the session. However, in an hour session I usually deliver 20 to 60 images.How do we add a star photo to our package?
Do you travel?
We love to travel! Shoots in the Big Bend Park/Terlingua area require a two hour minimum session. Please contact us for info on booking us outside of the Marfa/Big Bend area.
Are you the only photographer?
On occasion my husband Junie will shoot elopements with me. If there is lighting involved during your session I usually have an assistant with me.
Do you know an officiant?
If you are looking for a non-traditional officiant, we have the perfect one for you. My husband Junie is your dude. He has married several couples over the years and is also a photographer, so there is a good chance he will also be shooting your wedding as he is my number one assistant. If he isn't available, or if you are looking for someone more traditional, we are happy to recommend someone.
How long have you lived in Marfa?
My husband Junie was born and raised in Marfa. We met in Las Vegas in 2007. We made many trips back and forth over the years and in 2011 moved back here permanently. I've been photographing this town for 17 years, so am very familiar with the area and know all the secret spots for great photos.
How will we get our photos?
Your photos will be delivered to you in an online gallery within 3 to 6 weeks after your session. You will be able to view and download your images directly from your gallery. You will receive all the high resolution edited images from your session. Your high resolution images are yours to keep and print anywhere you wish. I do offer print products and wall art as well that can be purchased directly through your online gallery.
Can we see the outtakes/RAW files?
No. I have been doing this for 20 years. Trust that I will deliver the best shots from your session. I will never hand over my RAW files, that is like handing someone my negatives. If you insist on seeing the unedited images, I am not the photographer for you.
